As an elementary school teacher, I have fun every year designing cute 3-D projects for my students. The Tootsie Pop holder below is what I came up with for Valentine's Day this year. My plan is to use the various in colors from Stampin' Up! to give a little variety. The new tag topper punches make this project quick and easy.
